| Introduction Through your control panel you can set up new users, allowing them their own mail or webspace How do I add a User ? Log into your admin panel at http://www.yoursite.com/admin Click on the ' Users ' tab towards the top of the page. Click on ' Add User ' Full Name: Put their full name or nickname ... This does not really matter much it just shows on the list on the main admin page. Username: Make up a Username ( really should be combination of characters and numbers ) Password: Make up a Password ( really should be combination of characters and numbers ) Verify Password: repeat Password Disk Quota: Set to how much you want to limit them to Remote Access: Best to set to FTP Access even if you are just setting up mail User Administrator: DO NOT CHECK File Administrator: DO NOT CHECK Sub-web folder: If you want to give them webspace you can set up a folder for them, for example if you put ' david ' in that box then they would have webspace at http://www.yoursite.com/david |
